It’s rare to find an events agency that owns its own venues. XXL Happyness opens the doors of its Chartrons office in Bordeaux for your board meetings and small-group study days, and its XXL cabin at Cap-Ferret for your residential seminars in the Arcachon Basin. In both cases, we take care of everything: reception, catering, activities and logistics.

A venue, and an agency behind it

Our venues are not available for ‘bare-bones’ hire. They serve as the base for an event organised by our teams: a programme for the day or the stay, a private chef or catering service, activities in the neighbourhood or around the Bassin, transfers, and additional accommodation if your group exceeds the venue’s capacity. You arrive with your team; we’ll take care of the rest.
