Bordeaux and its metropolitan area: our playground
We know the places that make Bordeaux special: Hangar 14 and the banks of the Garonne, the Stade Atlantique, the Cité du Vin, the châteaux in the vineyards just twenty minutes from the city centre, the Bassins à Flot, the mansions of the Triangle d’Or, the rooftops, the houseboats, the bunkers and the hidden gems you won’t find in the guidebooks. We have been working for years with the city’s caterers, technicians, artists and hotels.
We operate throughout the metropolitan area, in Mérignac, Pessac, Bègles, Bassens, Cenon, Blanquefort and Latresne, and more broadly across Gironde and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine: for example, Enedis entrusted us with organising its simultaneous New Year’s celebrations in Bordeaux, Agen and Périgueux for 1,500 staff members. As members of the Bordeaux Convention Bureau and the Bordeaux Business Club, we are a local agency, with an office in Les Chartrons where we welcome our clients.

Our agency fees are shown separately and transparently in every quote, with no hidden commissions on service providers. Tell us your budget and your objectives, and we’ll put together a proposal that fits within it.

Yes. Bordeaux is our base, but we organise events throughout the Gironde and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in the Arcachon Basin – where we have our own cabin at the Cap-Ferret – in Paris from our office in the 8th arrondissement, and throughout France and Europe for seminars and incentive trips.
