600 people. One half-time show. No safety net.

Event type Convention

Participants 1000

Date 26 August 2025

A Bordeaux-based client wanted to bring 600 employees together for its September kick-off convention.
We gave them the Super Bowl.

The challenge

Unite 600 employees spread across the whole of Nouvelle-Aquitaine around a spectacular, memorable moment.
A kick-off convention can be many things. A speech from management. A buffet. Polite applause. This client had a different ambition: to create an event people actually want to attend, one that truly surprises, and that makes every employee feel part of something big.

The Super Bowl as a theme

Not to look American, but because that’s what the Super Bowl is about: spectacle in the service of the collective, excellence staged to perfection, the pride of belonging to a winning team.

Our mission

Turn a company convention into a fully immersive experience.
From kick-off to a legendary half-time show.

What have we built? Our 5 Culture Makers Moments

The bespoke half-time show

30 dancers. 20 minutes. Choreography built like a real Super Bowl half-time show: the build-up, the collective release, and the moment when 600 people join in the dance for a handcrafted flash mob. The highlight that shaped the whole day.

Two close-up magicians

Personalised tricks tied to the world of the event, performed right among the guests. Close-up magic is the opposite of the big show: it creates intimate, personal moments that people are still talking about the next day.

The themed mascot

A character who embodies the theme, energises the transitions and sparks spontaneous interactions. The mascot is the invisible glue between the highlights: it keeps the energy up when nothing official is happening yet.

Personalised accessories

Medals bearing the event’s branding. Because an object you take home is a keepsake you hold on to and a message you carry: you were there, you were part of it, you earned it.

Total thematic immersion

The Super Bowl wasn’t a backdrop. It was the thread running through every sequence, every detail, every interaction. End-to-end narrative consistency, so that the theme wasn’t mere dressing but a lived experience.

Behind the scenes

Designing a half-time show, not a dance number

30 dancers in a bespoke performance is a full-scale production: casting, choreography, rehearsals, an artistic brief aligned with the company’s messages. The result has to surprise, not illustrate. We don’t decorate a convention; we turn it on its head.

Keeping the theme consistent across 600 people

At this scale, the risk is dilution. Every activity, every accessory, every speech was designed to reinforce the same world. The mascot, the medals, the magicians: nothing was there by chance, everything told the same story.

Managing the flow without killing the energy

600 employees at once, rotating activities, collective highlights: the logistics of a convention at this scale demand pinpoint coordination. What you see: the enthusiasm. What you don’t: the hours of planning behind it.

Close-up magic as a team-building tool

Two magicians for 600 people is a deliberate choice. Not to cover the room, but to create moments of individual surprise within a collective event. Close-up magic breaks the ice between colleagues who don’t know each other, mixes the teams and creates unexpected points of contact.

A successful convention isn’t one where the leadership gave a good speech.

It’s one where employees felt they had experienced something together.

600 people to bring together, surprise and unite.
We do this all the time.
