Merry Horror Christmas!

Client ASOBO

Event type Christmas party

Participants 250

Date 13 Dec 2024

When a video game development studio in Bordeaux told us, “Put on a horror-themed party that’ll be unforgettable”, we didn’t take it lightly.

The challenge

Create a Christmas party the teams won’t forget in a hurry.

ASOBO wanted to mark the occasion for its teams. No classic Christmas dinner. No obligatory tree. No party forgotten by 26 December.

Their company culture

Creative, offbeat, passionate.

Our mission

Create a world in their image. A wild Christmas, in a venue nobody would have imagined, with sensations nobody expected.

What have we built? Our 5 Culture Makers Moments

The venue: exclusive hire of a Bordeaux bunker

A raw, timeless venue. We won’t tell you where, but know that it exists and that it changes everything.

Surprise Yamakasi show

Nobody expected parkour acrobatics in a bunker at Christmas. That’s exactly why we did it.

Metal band — made by the employees

A band formed in-house. Colleagues on stage. Company culture played at 120 decibels.

Horror cocktail dinner

A dark, immersive visual world. Culinary creations far from the everyday.

Dance party until 2am

The night has no end when you do it right. The teams left with something extra.

Behind the scenes

A unique underground venue

Exclusive hire of a historic Bordeaux bunker. Exclusive access, unrivalled atmosphere. The venue does half the work — you still have to find it.

Themed set design

Immersive ‘Scary Christmas’ décor: underground-style décor, red lights. A cohesive theme from floor to ceiling, true to the client’s creative identity.

Multi-talent coordination

Acrobatic show, live band, themed catering, DJ set, all orchestrated in a single evening without a false note. The rigour behind the boldness.

The band: an internal moment turned highlight

The metal band “Home Made” has turned colleagues into performers. Corporate culture has never been more vividly embodied than on this stage.

A successful event isn’t one people talk about for a week. It’s one that changes something in the way people feel they belong to their company.

Your culture deserves better than a Christmas dinner
