The Leascorp team deserved a real incentive trip. We found the perfect chalet in the Alps, with a private chef, spa, ski day and zip line. The kind of trip where nobody asks when we’re going home.
The challenge
Give 30 employees an incentive trip worthy of their commitment: immersive, generous, and rooted in the authentic spirit of the mountains.
An incentive trip is a promise of recognition. It tells teams: what you’ve achieved deserves more than applause. It deserves the Alps, a private chalet, a chef cooking for you by the fire, and days that alternate between thrills and pure indulgence.

Ski day
The heart of the Alpine stay. Slopes for every level, the freedom to set your own pace, and that incomparable feeling of skiing down a mountain with your colleagues. The ski day doesn’t need any added entertainment; it’s enough in itself and creates its own memories.
Zip line & lunch at the foot of the slopes
Thrills to open, lunch as the reward. The zip line for those who want to see the Alps from the air, then lunch at the foot of the slopes to catch your breath, savour the moment and swap stories from the morning. The perfect format to recharge before the afternoon.
Bonus: raclette & tartiflette evening by the fire
The private chef takes over. Raclette, tartiflette, mountain produce: the evening meal as a ritual of belonging. Around the fire, in the private chalet, with the whole group together, it’s often this moment, the simplest one, that becomes the most precious of the trip.

You have to look beyond the generic platforms, activate the right local network, visit, and test before signing off. The right chalet isn’t just a beautiful place: it’s the one that creates the conditions for the group to truly become a group.
The private chef as the signature of the stay
Having a chef cook for 30 people in a mountain chalet, with homemade raclette, authentic tartiflette and hand-picked local produce, is a gastronomic experience as much as a gesture of care. Evening meals by the fire are often the most intimate and unifying moments of the trip. We designed them to be exactly that.

Including La Folie Douce in an incentive programme means offering a moment of authentic Alpine culture: not an activity invented for the occasion, but a place that exists in its own right and welcomes the group into its own festive world.
