KB2M brought its teams together for their annual convention on the theme of mobility.
We found a château with a theatre in the heart of Bordeaux, and we brought in someone who knows what mobility really means.
The challenge
Give substance to a conviction: mobility isn’t a technical subject. It’s a human question.
A convention about mobility can stay abstract: figures, trends, projections. KB2M wanted something else: an event that makes people feel the subject, not just understand it. A programme where substance and form align, where every choice (the venue, the speaker, the caterer, the evening) tells the same story.

Not a conference room. A venue with history, character, presence. A restored theatre inside a Bordeaux château: the setting that instantly raises the level of every speech and puts participants in a different listening mode. The venue as the first signal: this convention won’t be like the others.
The surprise appearance of Michaël Jeremiasz
Paralympic wheelchair tennis champion, medallist at the Paris 2024 Games. A surprise appearance! Participants don’t know who’s coming. And when he walks in, everything changes. Michaël Jeremiasz doesn’t talk about mobility in theory. He talks about it from the inside, from what it costs and what it frees. The highlight that gives the convention its deeper reason for being.

The venue as a statement of intent
Finding a former château with a restored, working theatre that is accessible, available and suited to a company convention in the very heart of Bordeaux: that’s the kind of search you don’t do online. You do it on foot, with contacts, with the conviction that the venue is part of the message.
The surprise appearance as narrative architecture
A well-designed surprise doesn’t fall from the sky. It’s prepared, placed at the right moment in the programme, and handled logistically in total discretion. Michaël Jeremiasz’s arrival was designed as a narrative pivot: the moment the convention shifts from the informative to the emotional. That kind of moment is built.
The inclusive caterer as total coherence
Choosing an inclusive caterer for a convention about mobility isn’t a symbolic detail. It’s proof that KB2M doesn’t stop at words. Every supplier for the evening was selected in line with the values championed during the day, because an event’s credibility also depends on its blind spots.

Staging a treasure hunt through a city for a convention about mobility is a deliberate mise en abyme. Participants move, find their bearings, travel together and live the subject rather than listen to it. The best way to get a conviction across is to make people feel it.
