80 people. 6 times.
The same place.
Never the same experience
Client Unikalo
Event type Corporate seminar
Participants 600
Date 6 sessions from March to Sept 2025
Unikalo wanted to bring all its office-based teams together in small groups, in a venue that really breaks the mould.
We said Cap Ferret. They never looked back.
The challenge
Create a seminar format that could be repeated six times, for 100 people per session.
Bringing all its French teams together at once is logistically impossible and counter-productive on a human level.
Unikalo chose small groups: 80 people, six sessions, the same high standard every time.
The challenge
Find a venue strong enough to justify the trip, and a programme dense enough to justify stepping out of the daily routine.
Our mission
Unearth the ideal venue at Cap Ferret, design a programme that alternates work and experience, and guarantee that the sixth session is as successful as the first. Because a promise made to 100 people has to be kept 600 times.

What have we built? Our 5 Culture Makers Moments
The venue: VIP lodges among the pines, spa, pool, the Bay a stone’s throw away
An unusual estate nestled in the pine forest of Cap Ferret, a few steps from Arcachon Bay. VIP lodges, a spa, a pool: the kind of setting that tells teams straight away this seminar won’t be like the others. A change of scenery as the first tool for switching off.
Meetings, training & testing new paints
The substance of the seminar, designed to be effective without being heavy. Working formats adapted to the venue: no cold conference room, but spaces that invite focus and exchange. Testing new paints as a hybrid moment between training and hands-on experimentation: learning by doing.

Koh Lanta-style survival challenge on the beach, with the Totem awarded to the winning team
The outdoor highlight everyone is waiting for without knowing it. Challenges between land and sea, tactical alliances, physical and strategic trials, and the Totem presented to crown the winning team. The Koh Lanta format to reveal people differently, create shared memories and prove that cohesion can’t be decreed in a meeting room.
White party in a deconsecrated chapel
The evening venue that tips the day into something unforgettable. A deconsecrated chapel in the heart of Cap Ferret, taken over entirely for a festive white party. Sacred architecture in the service of secular celebration. A setting that stirs emotion before the music even starts.
Behind the scenes
Finding a real starting point
An estate with VIP lodges, spa and pool among the pines of Cap Ferret, able to host groups of 80, within reasonable reach of the Bay and the beach: you won’t find that on a booking platform. You find it on the ground, with local partners, and with the eye of someone who truly knows the area.
Six sessions, one standard
Reproducing the same quality of experience six times in a row is an operational challenge that is often underestimated. Every group deserves the same attention, the same level of preparation, the same energy. We built a repeatable schedule with the flexibility needed to adapt to each group’s specifics.
The deconsecrated chapel as a signature
This is no ordinary event venue. It is a venue with a history, a distinctive architectural style and a real presence. Finding it, negotiating its use, and transforming it for a festive ‘white’ evening – that is the behind-the-scenes work that creates the memorable moments. The attendees didn’t experience just another ‘seminar evening’. They experienced something they would never have found on their own.
Cap Ferret as a philosophy
Our dual base in Bordeaux and Cap Ferret isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a conviction: some places make people do things they wouldn’t do anywhere else. Think differently. Really talk to each other. Dare on the beach what they wouldn’t dare in the office. That’s Cap Ferret.
A successful seminar isn’t measured by the number of slides presented.

You’re looking for the venue and the format that will make your next seminar a real turning point.
We know the place.
