Event type Corporate seminar

Participants 120

Date 12–14 November 2025

For the second year running, Cap Ingelec entrusted us with its executive and steering committee seminar. The best proof of a successful event isn’t one people talk about for a week, it’s one that makes them want to do it again.

The challenge

Create the conditions for 120 decision-makers to work better together, by stepping out of the environment that sometimes stops them doing so.

An executive and steering committee seminar is a particular exercise. The participants are leaders, managers, people used to maintaining their standing.

The challenge

Create a setting strong enough to shake them out of their posture, safe enough for them to truly open up, and stimulating enough for the decisions made together to last. Cap Ingelec trusted us a second time, which means the first had kept its promises.

Our mission for this edition

Go further. An exceptional venue, formats that unsettle in a positive way, and a dramatic arc that leads naturally from the plenary session to the dance floor at 3am.

What did we build? Our 6 Culture Makers Moments

Exclusive hire of the Domaine de Mafflier

An entire estate taken over for 120 people: a setting that says straight away this seminar is out of the ordinary. Grounds, gardens, reception spaces: every corner of the estate becomes a place to work or to live. When the venue is beautiful, people think differently.

Plenary sessions for 120 people

Collective working time, set in surroundings that give it a different resonance. Plenary sessions designed to be effective without being exhausting, with a keynote from one of the company’s flagship clients to anchor the discussions in the reality on the ground and remind everyone why all this work matters.

Equine coaching workshop for the executive committee

The moment that changes everything. Faced with a horse, postures fall away, silences speak, leadership reveals itself differently. Equine coaching for the executive committee not as a team-building exercise, but as a serious management development tool, one that says something true about each person and about the group dynamic.

Building cardboard cars in the estate gardens

The playful, physical counterpoint. Teams design, build and race cardboard cars in the estate’s magnificent gardens: a cohesion activity that blends creativity, cooperation and cheerful competition. Executives become makers again. Silos come down naturally.

Seated dinner & dance party until 3am

The natural progression of a well-built day. A dinner that brings everyone together around the same table, followed by a party that doesn’t stop when the music starts — it takes off. Until 3am, because when a day has been truly good, nobody wants it to end.

Closing lunch on the estate

The next day, before leaving, one last meal together on the estate. A moment of collective digestion, quiet conversations, commitments made the night before confirmed in the light of day. The closing as the seminar’s final gift.

Behind the scenes

The second edition as a particular challenge

Coming back for a second year is an added responsibility. Participants have memories of the first: they compare, they expect, they hope for at least as much. We had to do better without copying. Same standards, new programme, new venue, new surprise. That’s what building a lasting relationship of trust means.

Equine coaching as a bold choice

Offering equine coaching to an executive committee is a calculated risk. The format can unsettle leaders unaccustomed to being put in a learning situation. We proposed it because we knew Cap Ingelec had the maturity to go for it, and because formats that unsettle in a positive way are the ones people remember longest.

The flagship client’s keynote as a strategic anchor

Bringing one of the company’s clients into an executive committee seminar means introducing the voice of reality into a space that can sometimes stay too internal. It’s a strong choice, one that tells teams their work has a concrete impact, and gives strategic discussions a footing in the real world.

From the garden to the dance floor: dramaturgy as a tool

A successful seminar day builds in intensity progressively. Plenary in the morning, equine coaching at midday, cardboard cars in the garden in the afternoon, seated dinner in the evening, dance floor until 3am. Each sequence sets up the next. Dramaturgy isn’t an event-planning luxury: it’s what makes a day hold together and leave a coherent overall impression.

A successful executive committee seminar isn’t one where the agenda was followed. It’s one where leaders leave with a shared vision they didn’t have on arrival, and the desire to carry it forward together.

Your leaders deserve a setting worthy of the decisions they have to make.

We know how to create it.
