1 single moment.

For the third year running, a client brought together all its Nouvelle-Aquitaine teams for the chairman’s New Year address. In Agen, Périgueux and Bordeaux, simultaneously, with no compromise on the experience.
The challenge
Create a sincere, unifying moment for 1,500 employees spread across three cities, without anyone feeling they were at the secondary site.
The New Year address can be a formality. Or they can be the moment an entire organisation remembers why it exists together. This client chose the second option, and trusted us for the third year in a row to make it an eagerly awaited, polished and coherent occasion from one end of the region to the other.
Our mission
Coordinate a simultaneous event across three sites, guarantee the same quality of experience in Agen, Périgueux and Bordeaux, and make sure 1,500 people share the same moment, even hundreds of kilometres apart. Logistics in the service of emotion.
When you stage the same event in three cities at the same time,
What have we built? Our 5 Culture Makers Moments
The chairman’s New Year address in cinemas and theatres
Agen, Périgueux, Bordeaux: three venues chosen for their capacity and their power to set a scene. Cinemas and theatres that turn a speech into an event. The giant screen, the acoustics, the tiered seating: everything ensures the chairman’s words land with the weight they deserve.
Long-service medal ceremony
The solemn, human moment at the heart of the ceremony. Every medal awarded is a personal story publicly recognised; a powerful gesture telling each honoured employee that they count, that they are remembered, that they are celebrated. Recognition as the founding act of the gathering.
Galette des rois afternoon tea, delivered by bike
Giant galettes des rois, local juices and bike delivery at every site. The detail that makes people smile and says everything about the care put into the experience. This isn’t an end-of-meeting buffet: it’s a considered moment of conviviality, with its own rituals, its own generosity, its own local roots.

Close-up magic, photocall & photobooth
The activities that turn free time into moments of connection. Close-up magic to spark spontaneous exchanges between colleagues. A photocall and photobooth so everyone leaves with a tangible trace of being there, and the urge to share it.
Biogas coach transfers from the various sites
Transport as a commitment. Biogas coaches chosen to minimise the environmental impact of travel, because bringing 1,500 people together for a day leaves a footprint, and we have a responsibility to reduce it. A choice of supplier that says something about the client’s values.
Behind the scenes
Three sites, one standard
Coordinating the same event simultaneously in Agen, Périgueux and Bordeaux means tripling the preparation, the teams on the ground, the technical checks and the plan Bs. Each site has its own lead, its own countdown schedule and a permanent link to central coordination. What participants see: total fluidity. What lies behind it: coordination down to the millimetre.
The galette des rois as the signature of the occasion
By the third edition, rituals are part of the event. The giant galette des rois delivered by bike has become an eagerly awaited highlight; the moment of lightness after the solemnity of the ceremony. Building rituals from one edition to the next turns an annual event into a company culture fixture.
The choice of venues as a message
Cinemas and theatres rather than multipurpose halls or meeting rooms: it’s an editorial choice! These venues have a soul, a natural scenography, a capacity to showcase a speech. They tell employees: this moment deserves a fitting setting. You deserve a fitting setting.
Biogas coaches as invisible coherence
Nobody comes to an event for the transport. But when a client commits to CSR values, every supplier must be consistent with that commitment, including the coach company. Biogas coaches are a discreet decision that fits into a wider stance. It’s also the kind of detail that, once noticed, builds trust.
A successful annual gathering isn’t judged on the day. It’s judged by
You’re bringing scattered teams together for a defining moment.
We know how to make sure everyone feels at the centre.
