A week of relaxation and workshops in Marbella

Client Luni

Participants 50

Date 15 to 19 September 2026

50 Luni staff members from Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and Warsaw are gathering in Marbella for a rewards seminar. After Oman, Lapland, Corsica, Switzerland and Montenegro, the bar had to be set high.

We took over a five-star hotel, set sail on a catamaran, danced the flamenco and brought Marbella’s nightlife to life. Spain as they’d never experienced it before.

The challenge

To reward 50 staff members with a holiday that matches their commitment, and to surprise teams who are used to the very best.

When you’ve already seen the Omani desert, the Northern Lights in Lapland, the coves of Corsica and the Swiss peaks, it’s hard to be easily amazed. Luni didn’t want just another trip to add to the collection, nor a seminar that was just like the previous ones but with a different backdrop. What was needed was a trip with its own unique character, one that would truly bring together teams scattered across the four corners of the globe, and that would send a clear message: thank you, you’ve earned this.
Marbella has something that few destinations in Europe can offer all in one place: the sea and the mountains, the Andalusian sun, a charming old town and some of the liveliest nights on the coast.

Our mission

Making the most of it, with a programme that alternates between adrenaline-fuelled activities, relaxation, Andalusian culture and partying – not forgetting work – and which makes Marbella the destination people will still be talking about on their next trip.
Luni teams on a catamaran in the Mediterranean, enjoying jet skis, tubing and siestas on the nets. There was no wrong answer to that.

What have we built? Our 5 Culture Makers Moments

An exclusive 5-star hotel: Marbella all to themselves

Not a hotel shared with other guests. An entirely private 5-star resort, with high-quality lodges, two swimming pools and all the on-site facilities designed for total comfort. The choice of location is the first gesture of appreciation: from the moment they arrive, the teams realise that this stay has been designed for them, and them alone.

Activities to suit your taste: Andalusia for everyone

Canyoning, via ferrata, a cycle ride through the narrow streets of the old town or a hike in the countryside. Everyone chooses their own adventure, at their own pace and according to their own preferences. Thrill-seekers on one side, history buffs on the other, and come evening, everyone has a story to tell.

Catamaran cruise: the Mediterranean as your playground

The team-building highlight. The whole team boards a catamaran for a day at sea. Jet skis and towable tubes for those seeking an adrenaline rush, or simply relaxing on the sun loungers for those who prefer to watch the water go by. The ideal way to bring together colleagues who usually only see each other on video calls between Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and Warsaw. Out on the water, distances fade away.

Andalusian Nights: Coya and dinner and a show at the Mosh

Marbella is one of the liveliest cities in Europe. It would have been a shame to miss out on it. An evening at the Coya, one of the city’s must-visit venues, and a dinner show at the Motel for a night that gets more and more exciting. Evenings like these show the teams that rewards are meant to be celebrated too – and celebrated in style.

Sunrise yoga & flamenco workshop

Two ways to experience Andalusia. A morning yoga session, to slow down and refocus before a new day begins. Then a flamenco workshop to learn the basics of dance and percussion: the palmas, the rhythm, and bursts of laughter too. That moment when local culture is no longer just observed, but experienced together.

Behind the scenes

Bringing together four towns and two countries in one place

Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Warsaw: four departure points, one destination. Coordinating the travel arrangements so that everyone arrives in Marbella at the same time is the unseen prerequisite for a successful trip. The seminar only really begins once the whole team is together – not a moment later.

Another surprise after Oman, Lapland, Montenegro, Corsica and Switzerland

After visiting such spectacular destinations, the natural instinct would have been to head even further afield. We took the opposite approach: Spain – close by and accessible, but experienced in a different way. A private hotel, a day on a catamaran, flamenco, nights out in Marbella. The surprise isn’t always in the distance; it’s in the experience.

‘À la carte’ as a mark of respect

A team-building trip should be enjoyable for everyone, not just for the majority. Offering a choice of activities means recognising that 50 staff members have 50 different ways of recharging their batteries. And it ensures that no one goes home feeling as though they’ve been forced to take part in the programme.

The work between the highlights

A working session, a keynote speech and a Q&A session, squeezed in between activities and evening events. Not a seminar disguised as a trip, nor a trip that loses sight of its purpose: a chance for meaningful discussion at just the right moment, when teams are relaxed, receptive and together. That’s often when the best conversations take place.

A successful seminar is one where teams return to the office with the energy they had lost and shared memories that change the way they work together.

You’re looking for the ideal setting for a seminar that restores as much as it unites.

We know the places that do just that.
