350 laboratories. A single day to say it all.

Date 4/11/2025
Elsie Santé brought its partner laboratories together for their annual convention in Paris.
We designed a day that delivers on its promises, from the welcome badge to the speakeasy.
The challenge
Bring together 350 partner pharmaceutical laboratories for a national convention that unites as much as it impresses.
A partner convention is a delicate balancing act. You have to be professional without being cold, festive without being frivolous, generous without being ostentatious. The laboratories present are strategic partners; they deserve a day that makes them want to stay that way.
Elsie Santé entrusted us with the full design and organisation
From the gift-bag logistics the day before to the DJ’s last track in the evening.
Our mission
create a smooth, well-paced and memorable day, where every sequence strengthens the bond between Elsie Santé and its partners.

The day before: assembling the gift bags
Before the day even begins, the care is already there. 350 gift bags designed, assembled and prepared the day before so that the next morning’s welcome is impeccable from the very first seconds.
Welcoming 350 participants & handing out badges
The first contact sets the tone for everything. A smooth, warm, no-waiting welcome that tells every participant straight away that they are expected, recognised, and that the day will deliver.
Two bespoke tracks: Health & Beauty
Rather than one uniform experience for 350 people, two distinct tracks designed around the laboratories’ worlds. A way to personalise the experience at scale and show that everyone has been thought of.
Seated buffet lunch
The informal moment where the real conversations happen. A format combining the conviviality of a buffet with the comfort of being seated, designed to encourage exchanges between laboratories and with the Elsie Santé teams.

Plenary & prize draw
The collective sequence, orchestrated to capture attention and reward engagement. A trip to New York, iPads, smartwatches: prizes that create enthusiasm, joyful competition and lasting memories.
Afternoon tea & a glass of champagne
The breather between the plenary and the evening. A convivial moment, almost intimate at the scale of 350 people, marking the transition from the professional day to the celebration to come.
Evening for the laboratories in a Parisian speakeasy
To finish, a venue like no other. A hushed atmosphere, a DJ, and the freedom to end the day the way it deserved to end — somewhere people are still talking about on the train home.
Behind the scenes
Logistics as the first gesture of hospitality
350 gift bags assembled the day before, 350 badges ready at the welcome desk, two distinct tracks to orchestrate simultaneously — the quality of a convention is decided first in what you don’t see. Every detail prepared in advance is one less worry on the day, and one more touch of care for participants.
Two tracks for a bespoke experience
Designing two distinct worlds, Health and Beauty, for laboratories with different profiles means refusing the generic event. Each track has its own logic, its own scenography, its own touchpoints. Personalisation at scale is our way of proving we really listened.
The prize draw as an engagement lever
A well-designed prize draw isn’t a lottery. It’s an engagement tool that holds attention during the plenary, creates moments of shared positive tension, and rewards attendance in spectacular fashion. The prizes (New York, iPads, smartwatches) were chosen for their wow factor, not their catalogue value.
The speakeasy as the final signature
You don’t close a convention in a banqueting hall. You close it somewhere that says something about Elsie Santé’s ambition. A Parisian speakeasy is an editorial choice — that of a company that knows how to host, dares to step off the beaten track, and wants to leave a strong final impression.
