120 franchisees. Martin Fourcade. And a whole pig roasting on the fire

Event type Franchisee convention

Participants 120

Date 5 to 7 October 2025

Easycash brought its franchisees together for their annual convention. We found Megève, hired the perfect venue for exclusive use, and brought in someone nobody was expecting. The mountains took care of the rest.

The challenge

Bring 120 franchisees together for a convention worthy of their commitment, in an exceptional setting that strengthens their pride in belonging to the Easycash network.

A franchisee convention is a very particular exercise. These 120 people aren’t employees: they’re entrepreneurs who chose the brand, who fly its colours every day, who embody its promise on the ground. They deserve a convention that tells them: you chose well, and we know it.

Our mission

Find a cosy, unusual venue in Megève available for exclusive hire for 120 people, build a multi-day programme alternating plenary, adventure and celebration, and create the surprise moment that turns a good convention into a legendary one.

What did we build? Our 6 Culture Makers Moments

Exclusive hire of a 5*, one-of-a-kind venue for 120 people in Megève.

A setting that justifies the journey before the programme even begins. A privately hired venue in the resort of Megève: warm, authentic, rooted in the mountain spirit without turning it into a postcard. 120 franchisees making a space their own, like a shared home: the convention starts right there, on arrival.

Plenary with surprise guest Martin Fourcade & awards ceremony

The moment people will talk about for a long time. Martin Fourcade, Olympic biathlon champion and icon of French success, walking in unannounced to address 120 franchisees. His talk on performance, consistency and pushing your limits: words that land differently when they come from him. Followed by the awards ceremony: collective recognition, after individual inspiration.

Trapper evening

A whole pig on the fire. The first evening as total immersion in the mountain spirit. A whole pig roasted over the fireplace, a trapper atmosphere, the warmth of the fire against the cold outside, the meal as a tribal ritual. Franchisees gathered around the fire, far from their shops, closer to one another than they ever usually get to be.

Electric mountain biking & lunch at altitude

The outdoor day that reveals people in a different light. Electric mountain-bike trails through the mountains, open to all levels, followed by lunch at altitude with breathtaking views of the peaks. Effort rewarded by scenery: the perfect format for building camaraderie between franchisees who usually only cross paths at conventions. Pushing your limits as its own reward.

Gala evening at altitude: folk troupe, watercolour artist & wood-fire buffet

The high point of the stay. A gala evening at altitude with a folk music troupe rooting the night in its region, a watercolour artist creating live works of the surrounding mountains, and a buffet cooked over a wood fire. Celebration as total art: music, creation, gastronomy and landscape brought together in a single moment.

Treasure hunt through Megève

The village as a playground for collective exploration. A bespoke treasure hunt through the streets and lanes of Megève to discover the resort from a different angle, mix the teams and create those moments of laughter and friendly competition that make lasting memories. Megève as a living set, not a mere backdrop.

Behind the scenes

Megève and the search for an exclusive-hire venue

High standards as the starting point: 120 franchisees in a cosy, unusual venue in Megève. Not so big that you lose the intimacy, not so small that you can’t host everyone in the best conditions. Megève is a demanding resort, with a selective hotel scene and rare exclusive-hire opportunities. We had to identify the right venue, negotiate the terms, and make sure every space could host the different sequences of the programme.

The Martin Fourcade surprise: the logistics of secrecy

Organising a surprise appearance by a personality of this calibre means keeping a secret for several weeks, coordinating diaries, framing his talk, and creating the conditions for his entrance to have maximum effect. A well-executed surprise creates instant collective emotion, but it can’t be improvised.

The Trapper evening as a first-night signature

The first evening of a convention sets the tone for everything that follows. Choosing a Trapper evening with a pig roasting on the fire over a classic gala dinner tells the franchisees straight away: this convention will be different. The authenticity of the format (the fire, the pig, the warmth) creates an instant conviviality that no sophisticated gourmet menu can rival.

The gala evening at altitude as a full production

Folk troupe, live watercolour artist, wood-fire buffet, altitude and views of the peaks: it’s a full-scale event production, coordinated in an exceptional but demanding setting. The logistics of an evening at altitude are inversely proportional to the apparent lightness of the result. The invisible work that creates the visible moments.

A successful franchisee convention doesn’t convince, it confirms. It tells everyone they made the right choice in joining the network, and makes them want to champion it even harder when they get home.

Your franchisees are your first ambassadors. Give them a convention that makes them want to be even better ones.
