A client wanted to bring its teams together far from the office, far from the daily routine, far from anything that looked like work. We said Marrakech. And we started with the desert.
The challenge
Create an immersive seminar that takes teams out of their usual setting so they can reconnect in a new way and come back transformed.
Some teams need a seminar. Others need an expedition. This client understood the difference. Four days in Morocco, not to debrief slides, but to create shared memories so powerful they permanently change the way people work together.
Our mission
Design a four-day programme spanning desert, oasis, medina and lake, where every sequence is a surprise, every place a revelation, and every moment designed so that teams experience something they would never have experienced on their own.

DAY 1 — The desert as the opening move
- VIP airport welcome & transfer in private vans
The experience begins before you even arrive. VIP vans waiting, a journey designed as a transition between the world of the office and what comes next. The first signal that this seminar will be unlike anything they’ve known. - The Agafay desert, a bivouac out of time
Not just a camp. An authentic, raw, silent setting where the desert does the work no indoor team building can do: bringing people back to what matters. A place that strips things back, that frees, that wipes the slate clean. - First immersive evening: Moroccan dance show & couscous
Morocco as a generous host from the very first night. Traditional dancers, couscous served to everyone around the fire. The warmth of Moroccan hospitality as an introduction to what follows. The moment the teams realise they really are somewhere else.
DAY 2 — Adventure & the oasis
- Quad-bike excursion in the desert
Physical sensation, adrenaline, laughter. Quad biking in the Agafay desert so the teams can really let go and discover sides of their colleagues they had never seen before. - Lunch in a genuine oasis, heated pool
After the effort, the reward. An oasis as the lunch setting: water, palm trees, a heated pool. The absolute contrast with the previous day’s desert. These moments of breathing space are the ones people talk about the longest.
DAY 3 — The medina & the party
- Discovering a private riad in the medina
Back to Marrakech and into a typical riad, hired in its entirety. The mashrabiya screens, the central fountain, the colours: a setting that says immediately that the city has as much to offer as the desert. The riad as the new headquarters, intimate and sumptuous. - Festive, traditional dinner: dancers, fire-eaters
The big Moroccan night. A festive restaurant, dancers, fire-eaters. The total spectacle that turns a dinner into a celebration. The moment when everyone is there, together, in the glow of the moment.
DAY 4 — Freedom & the pool party
- Medina discovery day & free time
The souks, the alleyways, the artisans, the spices: Marrakech at your own pace. Free time as a gift: everyone explores in their own way, brings back their finds, lives their own version of the city. The evening’s stories are all the richer for it. - Wakeboarding & pool party
The finale in the water, the sun, the music. Wakeboarding for the daring, a pool party for everyone. The final act of a seminar that kept every one of its promises. Everyone goes home tanned, happy, and wanting to come back.

Four days without a lull: pacing as a discipline
A badly paced four-day seminar collapses on day three. So we built the programme as a crescendo: raw desert, gentle oasis, festive medina, final freedom, so that each day brought something the previous one hadn’t. Managing the rhythm is the invisible work that makes everything visible.
Local connections as the key to everything
Finding the right bivouac camp in the Agafay desert, the right private oasis, the right riad in the medina, the right restaurant for the evening: none of that gets done from a desk in Bordeaux! It gets done with trusted local partners, built up over time and selected for their exacting standards. Our role: taking our clients to places they would never have found on their own.
The invisible logistics of VIP vans
Welcoming employees at the airport and managing transfers between desert, oasis, medina and lake over four days. It’s a constant, silent transport operation that never misses a beat. Because nothing kills the mood of an immersive seminar like an unexpected wait in a car park.
The perfect balance between programme and freedom
A successful immersive seminar isn’t a minute-by-minute schedule. It leaves room: free time in the medina, downtime by the pool, conversations that start on their own. We designed the breathing space as carefully as the highlights. That’s where the real bonds are formed.
