Participants 55

Date 28 Sept to 5 October

55 people. Porto Vecchio. A private beach, turquoise coves, Corsican singing and a via ferrata. We tracked down the ideal hotel, designed every day as an experience, and let the island do the rest.

The challenge

Take 55 employees to Corsica for a week-long incentive seminar as ambitious professionally as it is unforgettable on a human level.

Corsica is a powerful promise. A land that commands respect and stirs emotions few other destinations can match. But a beautiful destination doesn’t make a beautiful seminar: you still have to build a programme that makes the most of it, alternating work and freedom, group and individual, festive and contemplative.

Our mission

Find the perfect hotel for exclusive hire in Porto Vecchio, with sea views, a private beach, a pool and a gym. Design a week that gives everyone their own version of Corsica, while creating moments strong enough to unite the whole group in the same memory.

What did we build? Our 6 Culture Makers Moments

Exclusive hire of a sea-view hotel with private beach, pool & gym

The starting point for everything. A hotel taken over entirely for 55 people in Porto Vecchio. A setting that tells every participant straight away that this week will be like no other. The hotel as a shared home, where every space becomes a place for living together.

Meetings, workshops & lunches with feet in the sand

Work set in surroundings that give it another dimension. Meetings and workshops designed to be effective, then lunch with feet in the sand on the hotel’s private beach, as the natural reward for the morning. The best way to make people love meetings: give them a follow-up that fully justifies them.

Beach Olympics & private tour of Bonifacio

Two collective highlights at opposite ends of the spectrum. The Olympics on the private beach: cheerful competition, team challenges, sand and sea as the playing field. Then Bonifacio and its white cliffs, visited with private guides: the history, the narrow streets, the viewpoints over the coves. Sport and culture, movement and contemplation.

Beach club & rooftop dinners

Evenings worthy of the setting. A beach club dinner with feet in the sand, then a rooftop overlooking the lights of Porto Vecchio: two evening formats that embody the Corsican spirit: generous, festive, open to the sea. The setting is half the meal.

À la carte activities: Corsica as an adventure playground

Mountain biking through the maquis, Corsican cheese tasting, horse riding on the beach, canyoning, via ferrata, diving: a menu of activities designed so that everyone experiences their own version of the island. No imposed activity, nobody just going through the motions: everyone chooses their level, their pace, their adventure. And in the evening, everyone has a story to tell.

Party night with a Corsican singing group & pool party

The moment that anchors the week in the collective memory for good. A Corsican singing group at the hotel, polyphonic voices that grip you, that say something about the island no guide can convey. Then the pool party, lights on the water, the music rising, and the certainty that this week was worth every hour spent away from the office.

Behind the scenes

Finding a hotel for exclusive hire in Porto Vecchio: the impossible equation, solved

55 people, sea views, private beach, pool, gym, catering capacity for group lunches and dinners, suitable meeting spaces, and that special character that makes you remember the venue as much as the programme. In Porto Vecchio in high season, hotels of this calibre aren’t easily hired out exclusively. It takes constant scouting, a strong network, forward planning, and the ability to negotiate what others can’t get.

À la carte activities as a philosophy

Offering such a wide menu of activities, from diving to cheese tasting, from horse riding to via ferrata, is a complex logistical undertaking. You need to source the right local providers, coordinate time slots, and manage the abilities and wishes of 55 people without anyone ending up in an activity that isn’t right for them. The result: a week where everyone had their own version of Corsica, and the whole group still lived the same week.

The Corsican singing group as a strong editorial choice

We could have ended on a classic DJ set. We chose Corsican polyphonic voices, because they say something about this land that nothing else can. It’s the choice that surprises, that grips, that brings silence to a room before making it vibrate. The best seminar evenings always have that unexpected moment that tips them into the exceptional.

A week as a story in several acts

From the first lunch on the beach to the final night’s pool party. Every day was designed to have its own narrative arc, while fitting into a coherent progression across the week. Work gradually gives way to discovery, discovery to freedom, freedom to celebration. A seminar script that means nobody looks at their watch.

Teams who spend a week together in Corsica don’t just come back closer. They come back different, and that’s worth all the strategic plans in the world.

You’re looking for a seminar that leaves its mark on a generation of employees.

We know where to go — and how to do it well.
