Morocco. A trip. And the feeling of being useful

We set off to scout Morocco for our future MICE projects. We came back with contacts, incredible memories and something more important: the certainty that we had left something real behind us.
The challenge
Discover the best MICE destinations in Morocco and prove that you can travel for business without missing what matters most.
We could have done a classic scouting trip. Hotels, meetings, dinners, home. We chose a completely different kind of trip, one that reflects what we truly believe: that the best experiences are the ones that leave a trace. Not only in the memory of those who live them, but in the reality of the people we meet along the way.
Morocco gave us nights in the desert, private concerts under the stars, camels and dunes. It also gave us something we weren’t expecting, which became the moment we talk about first whenever we tell the story of this trip.
We planted trees, played with children, ate couscous cooked by their mothers and funded their football pitch. Everything else about the trip was extraordinary.
What did we build? Our 4 Culture Makers Moments
THE HUMAN DIMENSION: what will stay with us longest
The encounter
Meeting children in a Moroccan village, not as spectators, not as tourists. As participants. Activities done together, shared laughter, genuine connections between worlds that rarely cross paths. The moment we stopped being an event agency on a business trip and went back to being simply humans in the presence of other humans.
Planting trees together
Trees planted with the children, in their soil. A simple, physical, concrete gesture that says something CSR speeches never say as well. And somewhere in the history of this place, there will be a trace of this trip.
The mothers’ couscous
Lunch prepared by the village mothers. Not a restaurant, not a caterer: collective, generous cooking, freely given. That meal had a flavour no Michelin-starred chef can reproduce: true hospitality, offered without calculation. We ate knowing we were being received as guests, not as customers.
The donation for the football pitch
The collective decision to make a donation so the children could build their football pitch. Not a token cheque: a concrete commitment that turns a beautiful moment into lasting impact. The pitch will be there when we’re gone. The children will play on it. That’s what leaving something behind means.

THE PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION — what feeds our projects
Atlas Studios, stand-up in the middle of the desert & a private concert in a pop-up camp
Three unique evenings to understand what Morocco has to offer high-end events. A cinema theme at the legendary Atlas Studios. Stand-up comedy in the vast emptiness of the desert. A private concert under the stars in a pop-up camp. Three proofs that this destination is capable of the extraordinary.
Camel ride, aperitif on the dunes & workshop in an oasis
The experiences we live ourselves to know exactly how they feel before offering them to our clients. A camel ride in the silence of the desert. A sunset aperitif on top of the dunes. A workshop in the heart of an oasis. We can only truly recommend what we’ve experienced ourselves.
Night in the desert & networking
Sleeping under the stars in the desert to understand what it does to a group. Meeting the country’s best suppliers to build the network that will make our future projects possible. Business travel at its most concrete and most useful.
Behind the scenes
Why the solidarity action came first
That moment with the children wasn’t a bonus. It was a reason to be there.
Consistency between what we advise and what we do
We support companies that want to embody their CSR values in their events. We can’t advise them on authenticity if we don’t practise it ourselves. This trip was an internal demonstration of that principle: when we go somewhere, we leave something behind. Not just a carbon footprint.
A football pitch as the unit of measurement
We often measure an event’s impact in NPS, satisfaction rates, participant numbers. This time, the unit of measurement is different: a football pitch that Moroccan children will build thanks to this trip. It’s a reminder that the impact of a business trip can go far beyond the professional.
What we bring back to our client projects
Direct contacts with the best of the local scene. Intimate knowledge of venues still untapped by European event organisers. And a strengthened conviction: the trips that leave a lasting trace are those that look beyond the programme. It’s true for our clients. It was true for us.

You want to organise an incentive or solidarity trip, or a seminar that leaves a real professional and human mark.
We know how to build both together.
